Zazen and Bastu day at Blecket, Sunday December 15, 2019.
- Program: two zazen in the morning
View of the sea, from Blecket’s bastu. at 8:30 – 11:00, the traditional Gen maï soup inbetween, and the Bastu around 13:00 with fruit and cheese snack. If needed we provide a 15mm introduction to zazen before the first zazen. Bastu is booked till 16:00.
- The place: Blecket is 1h drive north Göteborg. We ’ll arrange car pooling. The bastu is right by the sea side. Acess is from a small road
- The price is 200 Sek for renting the place and food. Subsribe on facebook. Please, do it not the last minute, for planning food and car-pooling.
- What to bring : A zafu, a mat, comfortable clothes, not tight (jogging clothe for example) or your kimono, preferable in soft or dark colours, a bathing suit and a towel
