Zazen night, on December 30.
Hello there, This year only Paula is going to do the winter sesshin in France, in the temple of the Kosen sangha. It traditionnaly includes a night of zazen, on the 30th of december (on the 31rd, is the feast). Since I'm used to finish the year with zazen, I will do it where I am: in Sweden, in our appartment, 59 Distansgatan, Flatås. I welcome other pratictionners who want to experiment, just email me, before december 29th. Arrival is 20:00, the sessions are scheduled 20h30, 22H15, 0H30, 2H15. Each session is two zazen with one kinhin in the middle. There is a small pause between sessions, and a longer pause at midnight, with a light meal. I offer limited accomodation (two matress, and a couch) for people not being able to make it back home at 3:30 in the morning. Fred
zen + bastu, Stora Härsjön, Söndag Dec 3, 2017
Vi firar början av advent med två pass med sittande meditation zazen följt av bastu och bad i Härsjön. Ankomst 8:00. Meditationen avslutas vid 12:30 och följs av bastu. Man åker hem när man känner sig färdig med bastandet! Vi bjuder på guenmaï rissoppa och fika under dagen. Kostnad 100 kronor. Our home dojo reopen its door, today Tuesday 5th.Zazen on zoom takes place again, on wednesday and friday, from 5:55 to 7:15. Zazen in our living room dojo, on Sunday morning.
We organize a sesshin by the sea side in two weeks, it is a unique opportunity to dive into zen practice, do not hesitate to come!!

Paula and Fred are practicing in the Dojo of Master Kosen, in Montpellier, and will go to the summer camp at the temple YujoNyusanJi.
The dojo of Göteborg will reopen for zazen of Sunday, August 27th.
Zazen and Bastu day at Blecket, Sunday November 27, 2016.
- Program: Two zazen in the morning at 8:30 – 11:00, the Traditional Gen maï soup inbetween, and the Bastu around 13:00 with fruit and cheese snack. If needed we provide a 15mm introduction to zazen before the first zazen. Bastu is booked till 16:00.

- What to bring : A zafu, a mat, comfortable clothes, not tight (jogging clothe for example) or your kimono, preferable in soft or dark colours a bowl, and a spoon, wrapped in a dishcloth a bathing suit and a towel
