Zazen morning followed by Bastu

Following a long tradition, we organize a two-zazen morning at our dojo,  zazen at 9:00 and 11:30, followed by a bastu session from 14:00 to 16:00. The bastu is located Rörviksgatan 45, 421 65 Västra Frölunda; Only 13mm by car from the dojo, and 20mm by bicycle. You can see pictures here

Guenmai will be served between the two zazen, as well as coffee and cookies. We organize between us to bring food to the Bastu house. Bring a bathing suit and a towel. We’ll be able to swim in the sea while at the bastu.
