höst sesshin

We organize an automn sesshin of one and a hald days, in our stuga, 10km from Alingsås, next to the wild forest. Car pooling is available from Goteborg, around 17pm. Zazen at 07:30, 11:00, 17:30, 20:30.
The sesshin will be led by nun Reikiku Femenias. Subscribe at info at zen-goteborg dot se, or 0735570048. Bring a sleeping bag, dark clothes, not tight so that you can breathe (jogger pants are good), a zafu and a blancket. We can bring a zafu for you if you do not have one.
