We organize   the end-of-year zen sesshin  in the tradition of Master Deshimaru’s school. The place is a Bastu house by the lake  Härskogen . (google map coordinates:  P8MQ+WW Lerum S). The sesshin starts in the morning and finishes the same day, late at night. The teaching  is given by the nun  Reikiku Femenias. The price is 300 Sek.

Arrival is on Saturday 8h30, leave on Sunday after brunch around 12. Approximate sitting schedule: 9:00, 11:30, 16:00, 20:30, 22:00, 00:30.  Each sitting includes two zazen and a kin-hin in between except the afternoon zazen of 16:00 which is three zazen.  Sunday morning: bastu

What to bring:  A zafu, clothe for meditation (not tight, dark colors), a blanket.  We sleep in the bastu house, there is no bedding, so you have to bring a matress, a sleeping bag, and a cushion.
